PhotoDub is a software and workflow product operated by MRDD OÜ. These terms describe the general conditions for using PhotoDub websites, mobile apps, AI-assisted features, and related services.
Product status
PhotoDub is in a near-launch phase. Features, pricing, countries, partners, and availability may change as the product is prepared for wider release.
User content
Users are responsible for the photos and content they submit. Users should only submit content they have the right to use and should not submit unlawful, harmful, or third-party infringing material.
AI credits and digital functionality
If PhotoDub offers AI credits or similar usage units, they are intended to provide access to PhotoDub product functionality. They are not a bank account, wallet, e-money product, stored-value instrument, or investment product.
Physical print fulfillment
Where physical print products are available, production, sale, fulfillment, delivery, returns, or local taxes may be handled by local operating or print partners depending on the applicable country setup.
Liability and availability
PhotoDub aims to provide a reliable service, but availability, output quality, and fulfillment timing can depend on third-party providers, user inputs, and partner operations. The service is provided subject to applicable law and the final terms in force at launch.
