Terms of Service
PhotoDub is a software product operated by MRDD OÜ. These terms describe the conditions for using PhotoDub websites, mobile apps, AI-assisted features, purchases, and related services.
Using PhotoDub
PhotoDub helps users review, clean, organize, and edit photos. Core cleanup and Pro Mode are free. AI-assisted editing requires an internet connection, a registered account, and sufficient AI Credits.
User content
Users are responsible for the photos, prompts, files, and other content they submit or process with PhotoDub. Users should only use content they have the right to use and must not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, private, or third-party infringing material.
By choosing a feature that processes user content, the user gives PhotoDub permission to upload, store, transmit, and process the selected content, prompts, settings, and generated outputs as needed to provide the requested feature. This permission includes processing through cloud infrastructure and external AI service providers where required for AI-assisted editing.
AI Credits
AI Credits provide access to supported AI editing operations. They are linked to the authenticated PhotoDub account and are not a bank account, wallet, e-money product, stored-value instrument, investment product, or cash-equivalent balance.
AI Credit purchases made inside the iOS app are processed through Apple. Apple may handle payment, tax, cancellation, and refund flows according to the user's App Store account settings and Apple's policies.
Photo processing and outputs
AI-assisted or editing outputs may vary based on the source image, prompt, device, model behavior, network conditions, and third-party service availability. PhotoDub does not guarantee that generated or enhanced results will meet every expectation or be suitable for every use.
Users should not submit photos, prompts, or other material that they do not have permission to process, or that includes unlawful, highly sensitive, abusive, infringing, or non-consensual content. PhotoDub may reject, fail, limit, or remove processing when required for safety, security, operational, legal, or platform-policy reasons.
Availability and changes
Features, prices, countries, partners, and availability may change over time. PhotoDub may update, limit, suspend, or remove functionality when needed for product, operational, legal, security, or platform-policy reasons.
Liability
PhotoDub is provided subject to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRDD OÜ is not responsible for indirect losses, unavailable third-party services, user-provided content, device permission choices, or results that depend on third-party platforms and service providers.
